"How will hiring be affected during the transition?"
Open roles are being re-prioritized against the new structure. Critical hires continue; non-critical roles pause until July 1.
"Will my manager change?"
Many employees will keep their current manager. Where reporting lines shift, your current manager will tell you in a 1:1 before the change is reflected in systems.
"When will we hear about team-level changes?"
Team-level cascade communications run June 3–7, followed by individual 1:1s with every impacted employee.
